This app is horrible and so is online I cant pay my bill I cant add a payment method Everything says all clear and no balance due but in reality my bill is due in 10 days when o call them Each time I have to call to make a payment they charge me a service fee when its their problem Seriously so tired of things not working Each time I call and complain they tell me I have to make a payment first before they can send my case to management to be looked at And each time nothing gets fixed This is month number 3 and Im tired of it If I did not live in a community where this is the only provider that I can have I would cancel my services immediately Comcast get your crap together Please one upset customer     Absolutely terrible
High speed internet is currently out in my neighborhood I tried using the app to check for outage info but it refuses to connect other than by WiFi The app isnt even listed in the Cellular settings page So I called Comcast where the recording said to use the app to check for outages How asinine is that How do they expect me to do that        Cant connect via cellular during an outage
App UI is clean but feature set is too basiclimited I was sitting on my couch experiencing slow internet because I have the basic plan and decided to upgrade my plan Was very disappointed that I could not manage my plan from app like I do with my Verizon app Mega corporations like Comcast can get away with this poor consumer experience because of thier monopoly position They dont have to be better because they dont have competition I doubt Ill get around to upgrading my plan     Too basic

We switched to the Xfinity X1 Platform Now we are essentially unpaid employees of Comcast The main box freezes five or more times per day Countless hours have been spent troubleshooting by ME This involves unplugging the main unit and then schlepping to the other boxes then calling to have my calls dropped after going through the whole automated process and barely reaching a human They were excited to tell me about this app If it would save time and trouble it was worth a try I find it just shy of totally worthless The X1 platform seems very unstable and unacceptable and only barely above worthless     The app gets stuck with error message
Comcast or Xfinityas they like to be called now although I always think of Buzz Lightyearsto infinity and beyond has missed it again with this app It adds nothing and is probably like old Buzz always falling flat or was that Wiley Coyote     Another miss by Comcast

From day one the app looked great The user interface was clean and neat It was very easy to use and follow The functions however never worked I began having problems the second day I had the service So trying to troubleshoot thru this app really didnt yield Any results Had to eventually call tech support Ok problem fixed for a day Scrambling channels and some always having error messages started again So I had recently seen the commercial that allows you to set up a call appointment thru this app Wow Im all on it So I tried it and it asked for my number and my issues So ok it gave me a time check and all How many minutes until my phone call I was very impressed Then the call came right on time The automated system confirmed that this was a callback and we were going into a que ok wait I thought someone would already be on the line Deep sigh no worries Ill wait on the phone now However about 5 seconds inches que the automated operator returns And says something to the effect of this feature is not available and disconnects     Deleted the app Cancelled service
The app is ok I was hoping that I could view my account as far as what Im being charged for and make adjustments to services I dont use I guess Ill keep getting screwed     Disappointed
