Where`s my MBTA Bus?

Im not a bus rider but when I have to its very accurate So Im aware the waiting time that is really important                 Very accurate

I bought the app because I always have to wait a lot when I go to work in winthrop I take the bus at orient heights it is the 712 or 713 I would like that you include these routes Thanks        No too good

Buses appear and disappear on the app Your bus goes from 2 minutes away to 9 Zero consistency or accuracy     Estimates are a joke

I love knowing when my bus is coming What is less helpful is when the bus leaving my house is coming when I am trying to leave work Even when I hit back to the home page the next time I look for q prediction I get a buffering icon while it looks for my last stopfor 5 minutes Its very annoying and there seems to be no way to stop it even restarting my phone           Great when it works which is only 12 the time

The app occasionally fails to get predictions for the routes I use the most Its great when it actually works but always seems to fail me on those days when its too damned hot outside to be standing and waiting for a bus which may not come before I get a case of heatstroke        Sometimes does not work

The app doesnt even come close to show my entire bus route 116117 It is completely useless to me Smart ride is a better choice     Terrible

I just downloaded this the other day postblizzard Juno because I am taking a bus to the T for the first time The bus only comes every 30 to 60 minutes and I have a 15minute walk to get there and I need to time it with the Orange line on the other end so I really need to know when its coming This app keeps freezing on me and telling me it is timing out I dont know if its a problem with the T or a problem with the app but it seems like the app It worked great during the blizzard when I first installed it so I dont know what happened I hope it gets fixed        Not working great

This app has singlehandedly made bus travel tolerable in Boston Ive never missed a bus because of an incorrect prediction though very occasionally it will say that its unable to make predictions at this time The map is useful too for when you need to navigate to an unfamiliar stop Indispensable and a bargain at twice the price                 Has never been wrong for me

This is the only app Ive found that displays bus fleet ID numbers As a transit enthusiast this is great Ted Cohen PS Vlad if youre reading this yes Im the same Ted Cohen you worked with                 Excellent App

Way better at predicting when the bus will actually show up than google maps Indispensable for those who dont want the hassle of finding parking in the city                 The only way to catch the bus

Good functionality decent design if a bit odd by iOS standards but response time is often painfully slow Several times I have opened this app hoping to quickly find the location of a nearby bus only to be faced with a spinning cursor for a few minutes with no way to abort any updates or try again Thats unacceptable           So slow its almost unusable

Not sure what happened since now its not working at all     Used to work great

I consistently have issues with a bus being predicted and then disappearing and not returning So I get to my stop thinking I have 8 minutes to wait for the next bus when its really 70 The missing buses always line up with the schedule too so thats doubly confusing        Rarely worth the headache

When this app works its amazing But it only works about 2030 of the time Much easier to just bookmark the mbta schedule page        Not worth it

Every single time I try to use this app it says No predictions are available at this time Every Single Time     Never works

Throws an error for route 112 and never displays any info     No longer works

You have to manually select which bus route and stops you care about This is awful user experience My phone has a GPS Use it     Figure it out for me

I love this app I especially love the bookmarking feature I have all my relevant busesroutes right on the front page Any time the app freezes while its loading encounters an error I just double tap the home button and start it again Didnt give it five stars however because its missing the one thing that would make it perfect for me I need to know if the next bus is the last bus Just a small note maybe but essential for someone who gets out of work at 111120 and has to take an outer city bus Also reminders would be cool too Like maybe a ping or two when theres a bus nearby or I need to move a little faster to catch the next one or whatever              my travel buddy

Simply put this is the best easiest to use and quickest to use app you will find for MBTA buses It has all the routes it always right on time and allows you to easily plan when youre going to leave somewhere Saves you the fear of the unknowndid I just miss the bus do I have to rush to get the bus                 Simply the Best

Love the look of the app and had high hopes but predictions are often quite quite off Maybe its just the 1 bus routes        Great design but poor timing

When it works properly it is amazing and super helpful BUT It still tracks buses that are out of service and readjusting their route So when you look at your app and see a bus is moments away then a bus breezes by with an out of service sign its because the app is tracking a ghost bus This has happened to me 3x in the past 2 weeks Maybe we can blame the snow but maybe its a flaw that can be fixed           Great except when it royally Fs you

If you are taking the 93 or 86 buses dont count on this app I reported several time that it doesnt work but nothing has been done Needs lot of improvements     Teacher

This app is great In bad weather I need to drive my husband to the bus and because of this app we know exactly when to leave the house so he doesnt have to wait out side too long              Great app

For the routes I use 504 501 502 etc it is far from accurate I have found that Google maps references the MBTA schedule which is pretty accurate The app also freezes pretty often Dont buy it     Inaccurate Freezes

This app is honestly the best one I have I ride the bus a lot and during off hours it was always a crap shoot I could wait 5 minutes or I could wait 40 It was so stressful when trying to get somewhere on time or wondering if I had time to run and grab a cup of coffee before the bus came Now no more guessing I got this app about a month ago and have used it around 1520 times and every single time the bus has come within one minute of when the app said it would I find this incredible If you are a frequent bus rider or just an occasional one do yourself a big favor and get this app I do have a suggestion for improvement though It would be nice if the app could use your current location and tell you the closest bus stops and which routes they serve This would be hugely helpful if in an unfamiliar area                 Magic Took all the anxiety out of riding the bus

When I first installed the app in September it worked very well only occasionally freezing or being inaccurate In the past few weeks though maybe because of the storms its been terrible Buses frequently disappear en route times change on a dime and it just overall has no reliability A couple times now Ive waited for a bus that was minutes away for over 20 minutes It gets pretty cold waiting that long Wont use the app anymore        Recent problems

I downloaded this app because Im visiting from out of town and the bus route Im using does not have a published schedule on the web Apparently this app gets its info from that same place because the info was also unavailable on the app The 504 bus is likely not a frequently used route and apparently MBTA sees no need to publish its Sunday schedule if in fact it runs on Sunday at all I still cant find any information on it     No Use for Me

If I know exactly which bus I want this works fine If I want to know what buses go around me theres no way to see a map like some other apps have Id recommend a different app        Timing is pretty good but no route map or location service

While in theory this app is a great idea this app is not helpful at predicting accurate times of buses many times it is off by 2030 mins or will say no predictions are available at this time There is another app out there its not much better but its alright Bos next bus And its free It really shouldnt be this hard to give accurate bus times especially with buses that have a tracking system     This app isnt good at predicting accurate times

Half the time the app doesnt work Times are not always reliable and buses disappear from the queue So youll think youre waiting 2 minutes and it will disappear and next bus will be in 18 minutes OR if youre at the first few stops of a route it will say 2 minutes and youll still be waiting there in 15 for it to even start the route        Unreliable

Accurate 95 of the time can be a bit off if bus is less than 1 min away              Solid app

Accurate about 30 of the times I used it Poor user interface no feature upgrades I just downloaded Transit which is worthy of a paid app but free I would not suggest this app to anyone Deleting today     Paid and used for over a Year

Its good at predicting but sometimes it times out or cant read the predicting list and has no explanation Then you have to just guess when the bus is coming           Eh

I am a time freak I time everything I can now confidently take a dump before I leave my house to get the bus                 Im anxious free now

When its working this is a fantastic app Thankfully accurate with the bus times on a regular basis which is not always easy to do with traffic and the map interface has helped me both find the nearest stop on a line and satisfied lots of curiosity as to where a bus terminates Problem is this app frequently can get stuck loading and therefore crash If there was an option to refresh a page within the appas opposed to restarting my iPhone 5 every time it freezesI would appreciate its efficiency all the more           Could Use an Update

Most useful app on my phone right now I just moved to Boston from Miami and I dont think I wouldve survived waiting for the bus without this app I get out of my house three minutes the bus is due to arrive on my way to Harvard and the bus usually arrives almost to the tee of what is reported on the app These people need an award                 Indispensable

After moving to Boston Ive tried lots of transit apps but this is the best one Great features and functionally like the ability to view the bus route of every line plus supportive developers make this a must have for Bostonians                 Best MBTA app

I was waiting for a bus that was late and downloaded this to see when it would arrive The bus got there 20 minutes before this app said it would which was just the schedule posted online and available on all the other free apps I thought this used realtime data I want a refund     Inaccurate

I got the lite version after hearing about it months ago The lite version didnt run So I though maybe the paid version is better I paid and it NEVER RUN Such a waste of money     It never work

For the most part it works fine A lot of the time though the closest prediction time is missing Making one miss their bus Not cool           Works mostly
