This app is by far the best weather model app on the app store It includes a ton of info and almost everything I could ask for But there is one problem it s awfully glitchy and will very often black out when looping especially on the gfs Overall its still the weather app for your average weather geek             The very best weather model app Andrew8333009

This used to be me go to app for mobile weather model information It was very convenient to access model info on the go I also used the app extensively for analysis Unfortunately since I updated to iOS 7 the app has been unstable and a pain to use It crashes every time I try to loop or flip through model info I hope a solution can be found and I would love to use this app again At the moment my go to mobile model app is produced by unisys It s not as awesome as weathergeek pro is when it is functional but the unisys app gets the job done if you need a more stable mobile weather app         Unstable on iOS 7 amamazing07

I love this app for the fact I find everything I need to forecast weather right here There are bugs though I can not access the Skew t graphs at all nor can I access the HRRR model maps like it claims They have options but when I click on them nothing happens and they are greyed out It also crashes It is very aggravating when I m watching a model run and all of a sudden it just cuts out But I m willing to deal with the crashes for the convenience of having the maps all here I just wish I had access to all of the maps it advertised         Convenient when it works Qmlg

Seems to be for the closer to raw data crowd kind of like in the original Star Trek when Spock looked into that tiny rectangular screen at the Sciences station fiddled with the one knob and then announced just about anything about anything My tiny brain would like my data presented in an easy to read and interpret form while also being able to drill into it and perhaps see the assumptions maybe a predicted accuracy due to the distance and quality of data gathering stations etc We live in nowheresville central Florida where you are lucky to have a paved road let alone a cluster of weather data gathering stations that can help correct for our huge number of lakes rivers and man made waterways that screw around with the humidities temperatures and even boundaries of rainfall Something that could do those things as well as update quickly enough to track the localized weather zones rapid changes would be greatly welcomed probably incredibly expensive and would require unprecedented government cooperation and civil expenditures unrealistic to expect by the parties involved Oh well The app seems to work well for what I believe it is designed to do with the data available but it doesn t meet my needs             Say huh owndao

This app is great if you are either a professional meteorologist or a hardcore weather watcher wanting to learn more about the models and methods used for forecasting If you forecast for a living this app is a timesaver for preparing your forecasts View model data anywhere and anytime The interface is beautiful They have had some occasional trouble with their interfaces to some NOAA data but they ve always fixed it quickly and provide great support I ve been happy with this purchase For less than 10 with all options bought I have pretty much everything I need to forecast on my iPhone and iPad Highly recommended                     Best Model App on the Planet DopplerDaveT

i wrote a HORRIBLE review of this app yesterday after i had downloaded and used it i am writing ANOTHER review today and i APOLOGIZE to the developers of this app my criticisms of the app were PREMATURE and INACCURATE i did not realize how to actually utilize the app until i tried using it again today upon using the app for the 2ND time i was able to realize and utilize the WEALTH of weather data available i did NOT realize the the different maps charts were interactive and that the user COULD get the maps charts to ANIMATE and illustrate MULTIPLE layers of data analysis and there is A LOT of data available so i was WRONG to write what i did yesterday i was COMPLETELY OUT of LINE and i am SORRY for it my review was UNFAIR and was NOT ACCURATE i had NO right to impugn the INTEGRITY of the app and its developers and i am SORRY for doing that this is a GOOD app and it allows for SERIOUS analysis of weather data my negative review was a product of MY lack of understanding and i made a HUGE MISTAKE by reviewing this app PRIOR to fully UNDERSTANDING how to USE the app i DID download most of the in app purchases and am PLEASED with them i now have access to ALL of the data analysis this app offers and i am VERY HAPPY with it just make sure u READ and UNDERSTAND exactly HOW to USE it before passing judgement i FAILED to do this and i REGRET it please FORGIVE my IDIACY                 i was WRONG Smanzig

So I have had the app from the get go It gets even better with each update You have the ability to share on Facebook pages in addition to your personal profile and all sorts of new models And the support is still OUTSTANDING There are still things coming down the pike in future updates but it gets a big endorsement from me                     Great work Jeremy Moses

I ve had this app since the beginning and each update makes it faster and faster It used to be slower and clunky But not anymore You can now adjust the speed of the map animation and this along with the speed increase is the best new feature While I wish the newer models weren t an extra cost it s really not much money considering what you get I d like to see the addition of more data like satellite and radar and maybe even more text products in the future But as is this app is great at what it does and I highly recommend it to those who need to access the weather models on their iPhone or iPad                     Responsive slick app WxJen

This is a great app but wait until version 2 3 is fixed I have 20 years of weather forecasting experience and this app provides much of what I need While some of the data costs a little extra there are plenty of progs available like four runs a day for both the NAM and GFS You can then choose levels products and times Plus you can zoom in and out and scroll on each map to focus on a specific area To have this functionality in your pocket is amazing It may not provide everything but it provides a lot Thanks for a great app Please fix 2 3 ASAP                     2 3 wont open Shawnpro

I have tried and tried only to finally come to the reality my purchase of Weathergeek Pro has been a mistake I have gone back to the manual over and over to be tenacious and it just doesn t fly One must purchase additional add ins and even then all I can get is two maps The program is obviously a non intuitive system that requires some sort of super human skill to figure out that I must have missed Data within indicates data unavailable and that is the end of the road There are numerous excellent reviews I say BS I consider those fake reviews Save your money and time Move on to other available apps     Bad Purchase Think twice before you buy N0iQM
