The UsmleRx is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 69.9 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.1 has been released on 2018-01-03. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. It s definitely somewhere between a 2 and 3 The 5 star reviews are most likely friends of the developers Never trust 5 star reviews at the beginning of app launch It s sad that they have such a great product with valuable material but an IT team at half that value On top of that they will force people to the bad version update It s sad to see companies that cut savings in all the wrong places It would be nice to see this company wake up a bit and realize all the app crashings I just updated yesterday Getting ready for Step 2 and this is annoying Here is the run down if the IT team actually reads these reviews 1 The last version had confusing colors forget being colored blind they just tossed the rainbow at you Sometimes you didn t know if you highlighted or not highlighted an option i e Used Unused With this app it is much more clear your options however it crashes at the end when you choose the number of questions Check out UWorld app for nice simple template 2 App loading time is slow Spend the extra dollars and get a better server and faster code for medical students 3 In tutor mode when you click review your answer it s a mess The first thing you see is thumbs up or down I just want to click thumbs down for all of them with that user interface I m sure a lot of other students are annoyed with that Put that back down at the end Might as well through in some Google ads if you want to annoy users 4 You can t cross out answers that you have ruled out in your mind Also if you scroll down it sometimes chooses the answer for you but all you did was scroll down 5 Use the money and buy a new IT team That s it for now Other users will comment on the rest I gave two stars because I appreciate the question bank but now I m looking for other more user friendly options I never wrote a review for an app in about 7 years with an iPhone This was just so upsetting I had to write to save others and hopefully see an update so I can focus on Step 2 and not this mess First Aid should reimburse people they force to switch to this version At the minimum bad business to force a conversion without testing it out long enough to at least get 4 real stars and not those from your friends and developer team Sorry for being so harsh but this should have never happened Fix it and I ll put a much more positive review Really like you guys but what happened here No way you tested this for real Makes me question medical students doctors sometimes when I see things like this Best of luck to everyone else studying After developer response The new update does not even let you create a test if you name the test with the same name of a previous test The crazy thing is they don t tell you that is the reason I had to figure it out by multiple trials and errors When you click finish after choosing the amount of questions it looks like it s making the test but then the test never shows up This IT team is just getting worse and worse I would suggest other study resources than First Aid until they replace their IT team and have a more thorough communication system I m past annoyed now this is just funny How can you make all this money from students and have such a poor development team I think we are finally at the time where First Aid is getting washed out Like Walmart washed out Kmart Also the developer mentions below to contact FirstAid by email directly and admits to working on the above mentioned issues However by email from First Aid the day prior the responder denied any such issues and wrote Hello We have an app for our old platform which is Usmle Rx The app for our new platform is Usmlerx and it has an orange logo with a Rx in the middle Can you double check that you downloaded the correct mobile app We did extensive testing and we have not been experiencing any issues with it crashing There are some updates that have been released and we are constantly trying to improve the app with updates We haven t had any other reports like yours regarding our new app we have had a few reports but the students had the wrong app downloaded I will definitely forward your message to our tech team Kind regards Sally Rineker Customer Support Clearly the First Aid team has a very broken lack of communication and it s evident in the email replies and app development 2 9 star average for what is falling from the 1 medical school resource Froze in the middle of a quiz after 5 questions and had to close out Down grade to 1 star do they make half stars Score keeps going down and down When will First Aid wake up Change your IT team Will fix everything     Solid 2 5 star app bad update doctajoojoo
