I just downloaded this to use on the road but it won t work it opens but does not go forward into the form it self I can t even enter my info sad the one at the shop works fine with the old iPad Please update     Does NOT work with iPad Pro Mex Luthor

Disappointing it had promise however failed me password change on me no way to reset emailed support no response the files will not save either Because it states I need to now change the cloud setting and I have tried over and over for two months     No support mrbungle6visix

I was excited by the idea of getting rid of paper forms for both of my shops It seems as though I might have to go back to them if this company doesn t get on the ball soon Every time the designers seem to fix a problem another one starts that didn t happen before We currently can t even upload any forms The program locks after trying to sign it Just before this one the program would crash when parents would sign for the minor At least I know paper forms can t crash     Frustrating Mindseyetat2

Ridiculously awesome Downloaded the app set it up in about 10 minutes then put it in the lobby Clients jumped right on and loved it Told us how classy we looked We watch the pdf forms make it to our cloud in seconds Can t believe it took this long to be invented Tattooer made too                     Can t believe we lived without this pinkyponk

I ve been using this app for quite some time and it just keeps getting better The developers are super responsive to feedback and questions and continue to add new features The forms are super easy to fill out Clients of all ages have no problem figuring out the interface I just put the iPad in front of them and go pour my inks It takes a picture of their ID they fill in all of their information and I get a chance to make notes in the artist section when they re done No more photocopying driver s licenses no more endless filing cabinets of paper forms that I have to store for years Our BOH requires a new release form for every session so I love that the returning clients can search for themselves and just sign again which creates a whole new form for that day This app also works offline so I m able to use it even when I m traveling to conventions and have no internet access It just stores the forms and uploads them the next time I hit wifi This app is like the last piece of the digital business puzzle I can answer client emails draw client artwork make super clean patterns take client release forms and accept payment on one iPad Life is so much easier                     Easy to use and saves money paper and time indytattooartist

This would have been a useful app if it were worth the money I would have paid 80 annually but 80 A MONTH for unlimited release forms With the amount of new clients and return clients we have and the amount of people that would probably mess up and start a whole new form it isn t worth it Paper and printer ink costs us a fraction of what this app would cost a year 960 That s just absurd     80 a month Not worth it SRA927

I just finished putting my information into this app and I m really impressed with the features it has and how easy it is to use It linked up easily with my Dropbox account and sent an organized PDF file of client health and contact information including a picture of their ID and a digital signature right into a designated folder It s definitely a time saver and a stylish professional way to collect release forms                     Pretty awesome KatieDarling
