I know it should be 99 cents but trust me with a controller its freakin awesome This is way better than the original version with Bluetooth controller and Bluetooth speaker is an awesome experience                 Awesome

On the sound test if you try to play a sound it skips up 10 numbers instead of playing the soundsong Example 111 212 Please fix I love this game and that would make it perfect                 Amazing except 1 bug

I LOVE this game and now I can love it more on my mobile device Thats pretty much all there is to say except that with a purchase I was expecting at least one special character other than sonictailsand knuckles If you could add Shadow and a few other characters you could raise the price buy at least a dollar if not two And its the same for Sonic 2 and Sonic CD Otherwise thank you and Im looking forward to Sonic 3 for the phone with special characters of course              Great but

I was very excited to see this game on here since it was a childhood game My boyfriend has it on his phone which is the noteand I have it on my iPhone 6 I constantly hit the pause button on the screen which completely messes everything up Is there a way to fix it Because its literally causing me to rate this one star I cannot be the only one to do this     Disappointed

I love Sonic Was a great game growing up but the controls are super sensitive even with customization on the phone Some people might be better at it but I cant get past the marble stage because of how difficult the controls are The levels feel so much harder than they should be So not fun        Really DifficultStressful on Phone

If you are new to Sonic this is a perfect start and even if you have been a fan for a long 24 yearsFor example It has the Spin Dash 2 new unlock able characters Time Trial mode Accompliments and much moreMust Buy if your a fan of Sonic                 Not Just another cheap port

I love the HD remake of sonic 1 but in the current update for the iPhone 6 you cannot do any sound test cheats It just changes the number up 10 whenever you push the play button              Its great But there is a bug

this is my favorite game and now with the new update i am no longer able to listen to the sound test it just skips to a different track when you press play and no music plays this means you cannot enter the codes for super sonic or debug mode this update ruined the game for me and i want it fixed        this version ruins sound test

Ok so i did the secret level select code tap the sega logo in order and put both your fingers on the screen at the title screen note you can only do this in no save mode and tried to type in 1 9 9 1 0 6 2 3 but it sent me to parts like 11 please help me                 Sound test modegetting into debug mode bug

Okay this game is amazing its one of the best sonic remakes ever but for some reason when i go to play no save and i go to use debug mode it wont let me play the game music to activate certain cheats when i press the play button on the numbers it just skips like 10 numbers Anyone else having problems If they are its a minor bug but still it needs to be fixed              Amazing game But something is wrong

I never thought Id get used to controlling Sonic on a touch screen but I did and this game brings me back so much nostalgia that Im loving every second of it Maybe in the future Ill buy the other IOS Sonic game ports but until then Im enjoying one of the greatest games Ive ever played Thank you SEGA You still get my business and support                 By far the best app I own

Since the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus came out this game was not supported on these devices and was not playable whatsoever Today 042915 the sonic franchise 1 2 and CD are now playable Almost 7 months later Pretty lazy and not up to par Of course I lost all my data upgrading I remember a big upgrade warned that would happen because it was completely rewritten so that was okay but again today It really wants to make you not play anymore when you cant play for almost a whole year and then have to start over AGAIN The game itself is 5 stars for being a classic but SEGA needs to stop being so lazy and upgrade their games They have literally not upgraded some of their games since they came out and maybe some bug fixes back in 2009 The Sonic Spinball game is also grossly neglected Please optimize for iPhone 6 iPhone 6 Plus and iPad Air 2 It looks horribly blurry and slow Please and thank you sincerely a devoted fan who still has all the SEGA consoles and most of the games they have ever put out PS Please make a Sonic and Knuckles 3 Game and update it eventually Thank you again              Better late than never I guess

Awesome port but When I want to listen to some of the music or sFX from the game or even do the debug mode itll go up to like a couple of digits and when I tried to do the code it doesnt work at all Please fix it SEGA              Sound test wont work

You will be a master by the time you beat the game Amazingly done It is definitely well worth the 3 I spent I love all the levels and I figured out how to get super sonic which is really kool It is a challenging game to btw for those who like long games that are challenging this is for you                 Very challenging

This is one of the best ports of the original and thats saying a lot because this game is EVERYWHERE There are so many cool features here and the graphics look amazing on my iPhone 6                 Fantastic

I love this game a bunch Sonic is great and Im so glad I can play the original without having to buy an old Sega console off eBay I only have one complaint PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEASE remove the ice rink effect Whenever I stop Sonic slides It makes it impossible in Marble Hill Zone act 2 Please make it so he doesnt slide It makes the levels IMPOSSIBLE I want it o feel like Sonic where I can actually go fast and not worry about dying instantly           AWESOME just

Do not get me wrong this is a fantastic game but the controls are sooooo bad I get game over in just about every single stage because of the circle pad If it was a D pad then it would be so much easier           Bad controls

This is an awesome iPhone port of sonic 1 but ever since the new update debug mode has not been working properly Tapping play on a sound number changes it and it doesnt work For example tapping play on 1 turns it into a ten we need this fixed please Otherwise great port              Good port but one problem

This game was AMAZING I really liked it Sure it was troublesome at times dont get me started on Labyrinth Zone but utter than that this game is great I want to address some issues Sorry for boasting but there are a few glitches and kinks in the system I got all the achievements I beat the clock in time attack mode I got below 45 minutes But the achievement does not show up in the Game Center or in the achievements menu I even got a notification saying I got the achievement And the debug mode is messed up However this game offers a hidden secret A hidden 7th special stage with the 7th chaos emerald To get to it go to no save mode Then tap the letters s e g a when the sega logo appears Then at the title screen use two fingers to tap on the screen and swipe up Youll be transported to a secret menu Set the max emeralds to 7 hit go then start on whatever stage you like But beware for you have to get the first 6 chaos emeralds first to get to the 7th special stage And that stage is TOUGH And also I feel kind of ripped off when even visiting that stage doesnt unlock the 7th special stage for time attack Dont worry though The 7th special stage IS beatable If the game developers fixed this problem and the other glitches I mentioned this would be more awesome However other than that this is actually a great game Kudos to you developers and makers of this game                 Fantastic game but
