American Express Im looking at privacy preference on your Serve website Even though you all said there will be no credit check when signing up for Serve I see under preferences that Im automatically opt in for you all to share information about my creditworthiness such as credit history as shown on a consumer report Each time I try to opt out I get an Error message and it wont let me opt out I feel like you all misled people when you said no credit checks Ill contact the Attorney General office if I find out you all did a credit check on me Misleading Company
App crashes after most recent update Wont work
Pending transactions for Subaccounts do not show up in the App only completed Its very irritating The available balance will decrease when a Subaccount is used but you wont see the transaction until it posts days later You can see the pending on the website just not the app That needs to be fixed Again this is only for Subaccounts A feature to filter transactions by type would be appreciated A feature to remember the login email would be appreciated I dont mind typing in the password but having to type both every time is not necessary Needs work
I use this app a lot and it crashes on me every few days So I have to delete and redownload for it to work Then itll crash again in a few days Please send an update to fix this It is very inconvenient Crap app

requires a password every time even remember me is selected ask for the security question you spell it right and it still says its wrong then attempt to log back in and it now says the password is wrong This app needs ALOT of work Touch ID and Apple Pay to say the least Hope the issues are resolved before I cancel and move forward with a better provider Terrible requires major update

I just got the Amex serve card I just wanna know if I have creditdebit advance fee because I only have 20 allowance every week Lets cut to the chase I downloaded this app I was going to login my account and this app send me to home menu like I was kicked out I have to deal with 2 issues but can you please update this And if I get the expensive fee I have to deactivate my card too Do something about the app Fix this problem
Other than no apps pay serve is great Just know you cant take out over 1000 in a 30 day period which is weird plus the 250 extra fee for taking cash out Other then that its great We want apple pay

American Expressed released the 1 prepaid card and offers an interactive app with it awesome You can reload your card and within the same minute and with the help of this app you can see the money will already be in the card No bugs and flaws so far Keep it up Great Work American Express

App is very functional enabling you to add and send money However to AE please remove available balance from department and restaurant receipts You wouldnt want that info falling into wrong hands Otherwise good card to have for college students or anyone wanting to avoid bank fees Good app

I can load funds in any cvs at any time for free plus I get 4 additional cards for friends and family for free You can pay bills etc I think this is the best prepaid card out there You even have roadside assistance and its easy to dispute a charge when you have a problem They have 24 hour customer service Great prepaid card

Well it has become a financial app thats essential to my phone but is lacking in the Passport support The app itself is solid with support for Touch ID but I feel like if theres support with an apple based technology it should support all of apples technology Eh
This app is the reason Ive stuck with AmEx despite the fact many places do not accept the brand And after the last two updates my app crashes before I can even log in Really disappointing Hopefully this issue can be resolved before I give up and go with a more convenient brand Really disappointing
Right off Im not happy I use 1Password to generate gibberish long passwords different for every login I cant copy and paste my password into this app like I can in every other one I use Do you want me to use a simple easytoremember password thats not as secure as a 16 character nonsense password I will never remember I think not Please allow PASTE into the password field Its VERY easy to do Cant paste a password
The app its self is ok but I have to put my user name and password in at least 6 times minimum because it keeps throwing me back out to the front screen of my I phone Very frustrating Please Fix This Big pain in butt
I love the Serve card and the website is pretty solid but this app has an almost deal breaking flaw In order to log into the app you have to type your FULL password Yes you can do a quick balance check which is handy but if you want to transfersend money you are forced to type out a 14 character password on a phone keyboard Seriously every other prepaid card company offers either a PIN or TouchID login Fix this limitation please Great service but terrible app
