Ive used the app for a while but just noticed that the ability to set up call forwarding was removed from the TWC app What a shame that feature alone made the app 5star Now its just a 1star What happened to call forwarding on this app

Convenience of payments is offset by inability to update even the simplest creditdebit card info such as card expiration dates or to delete old card info One is forced to maintain an archive of old expired payment methods and to wade through them looking for the current method TWC App

TIme Warner took away the Call Forwarding feature That is the only feature I used in this app I used to be able to set up Call Forwarding quickly Now I have to wade through all the stuff on your website to get to the page that lets me set up Call Forwarding It is enough to make me want to change my phone service to another provider CALL FORWARDING is gone
WHAT HAPPENED TO CALL FORWARDING It was spotty but did work occasionally Equipment reset usually makes the problem worse Needs work Disappointed

Someone at TW apparently woke up one morning and decided that the convenience of setting call forwarding from this app had to go I called and asked TW about this and nobody seems to know why they did this If they bring it back Ill change my rating to 5 stars Used to be great until call forwarding was removed
