Super handy I use it for all my outdoor adventures Fishing hunting Offroad Offline mapping is super important to me because cell signal not being available PERFECT                 LOVE IT

I love this app Its great for hunting and hiking Only problem is on iOS 8 I cant use offline maps           Great app but few bugs

Work pretty well up until iOS 8 When I zoom in it closes program I wonder if there will be an update           Problems with iOS 8

I am a big fan of GPS Kit it has been about four years using this app and for me is the best out there for navigation apps Garafa team has done a great job and I am very happy with all the updates and I do encourage you to continue working on an upgrade If you love outdoor sports this is the right app to use in order to keep track all of the details I mainly use it when birding I can create waypoints to my personal birding hotspots track the circuit and later or while tracking the route I can see on the dashboard all the details lowest and highest elevation in meters feet measure the distance in km miles and the best of all is that I can use the app offline All the best wishes                 Best navigation App

This app was my 1 now its worthless with these blurry maps fix it     No good

Repeatedly contacted about blurry maps issues Have not responded This app will be removed and Gaia purchased instead This app is unusable as is        Please fix the blurry maps

The maps used by this app are blurry especially when zoomed in Use Google maps instead and save your     Save your DO NOT BUY

App worked great when I first bought it a year or so ago however it has started to continually have me calibrate it by rolling the phone around The map also briefly disappears when the phone is tilted or when I zoom in or out Love the app just wish they would fix it           User

Like others have said satellite images are blurry on every zoom level Still useable but for 2015 there is much better map data available Wish they would update           Love this app for the backwoods but

The app hasnt been updated for over a year and a half Im on iOS 84 and the offline maps stopped working a while ago If the phone doesnt have Internet connection it wont show a map even though the region has been cached        Offline maps dont work

This used to be the best and only GPS app I would use But now after talking with the developer on multiple occasions about fixing Sqwauk and blurry maps Im done Hes been promising a update since iOS 8 came out Dont waste your money     Lazy Developer

Great app I manage my tracks for mountain biking and dirt biking Apple watch would really help me When riding I want to check if Im on the right trail and taking my phone out is a pain I want to see if Im on the track at a quick glance on the Apple watch Please add              Please add Apple watch support

I would give this app 5 stars but recently it has been giving me lots of trouble when trying to import KMZ files At first it crashed the app to the point where I had to delete and reinstall which also wiped out all of my saved geodata by the way and now after reinstalling the app simply will not load imported KMZs I am not sure what is going on but I dont like it           Trouble importing KMZ data

I was uneducated about GPS units and apps prior to using this app which should speak volumes about the user friendliness I would take the family out motorcycle riding and a little fear I would have is that we would get turned around out in a ride and as we ride in the desert a wrong turn can end up terrible I found this app along with 3 other GPS apps about a year ago After trying to set up and learn how to use them I found this one to be the easiest In fact if you are trying to learn the app in the support section they actually have a video library showing you how to use it I now use this app every single riding trip and feel secure that we know how to make it back to camp                 Great App

Used to be a nice app but now map is so fuzzy its worthless And why would I buy one of their 300 apps after seeing the lack of effort they put into this app Have contacted support without response I think they all died If they bring things up to snuff Ill reevaluate     Not usable anymore

This is a great app that I have recommended to all of my friends and family One of our favorite features is the squawk feature which allows us to keep track of each other when we are hunting together After the last update A YEAR AGO the squawk feature stopped working It will not let me or any of my acquaintances accept any friend requests This nullifies one of the primary reasons why we loved this app in the first place We have been patiently waiting for an update to correct this problem but one has not been forthcoming hence the low rating for one of my favorite iPhone apps Fix this PLEASE     Squawk is broken

Hi we are a group of ten guys who have and love this app as we use it for offroading and its very helpful on so many levels Best app ever But lately we cant seem to connect to each other and every time we send invites or receive invites it says we dont a version of GPS Kit with squawk installed Could you please look into this and correct it ASAP Thanks again for a great app guys Keep up the good work                 Love this app but have a small complaint

Not for the outdoor adventures at all Wasted 10 to get a tacking service No useful boundaries overlays like State Land Natinal Parksand Indian Reservations Showing the same googlebing maps you get for free from their websitesor the Maps App already on your phone you get a way to retrace your steps or take the same trip twice with the track portion of this app If your looking for a way to show everyone what path you took on your last walkabout this app is for you     No Boundaries state land

Great app horrible update After the 701 update Google satellite imagery wont load properly Images are blurry or missing when zoomed in and almost never materialize regardless of the length of time you give them to load The update has made the app almost useless for me Update 1815 I had a friend ask me about the same issue recently so it seems they still havent corrected this problem A workaround I discovered was to change the map type under settings from the default Google satellite to Google hybrid This seemed to solve the issue for me           Blurry satellite imagery after update

Im very happy with this app except for the resolution of the map images Quite pixelated and frustrating to look at Other than that it has replaced about 3 other apps all in one              Please improve map image resolution

New review After latest update I can no longer trust the app to display cached maps offline Sometimes they are blurry Sometimes they dont display at all So in the backcountry maybe having a map means not having a map you can trust Which means this app is now just about useless to me sad Old review below Dont even carry my Garmin Oregon anymore This thing does it all so much better Very precise and SO much easier to install offline maps than a Garmin handheld I use it trout fishing mountain biking hiking road riding etc Worth every penny     Awesome App

Great I use this mainly for hiking Recently I have been using it for urban hikes Its great To save battery what I do is go to GeneralNetwork and temporarily turn off the 3G and Cellular data I did a hike yesterday and only had 35 percent battery It only used 20 percent on a 6 mile 25 hour hike I have been using this app for a long long time This company has been improving the app over the years I cache my maps so I can see then even if there is no Internet Great feature When you hit the sleep wake button GPS Kit tells you that its working in the background so you dont have to have the app open You can save your maps which is great and has a great sharing feature and exporting so you can view in Google Maps or Google Earth later Its easy to email yourself or friends to show them where you were I find this app to be very accurate so if you are a hiker like me this is the app to get Another cool feature is you can cache the maps so if you saved a map and want to go back there in the future you can download the map for that area so you wont have to download the maps again next time you go Sweet feature D                 Great GPS App for hiking walking biking etc

We use this at work to map wildfires and keep track of each other for safety on the fire line The rudimentary using 3 or 4 fingers to calculate a rough estimate of area works ok But if it would automatically calculate exact area after walking a circle this app would put our expensive tracking service out of business Also squawk wont let me add anyone as of lately           Needs area calculator

The maps are so bad no detail Deleting right away Save your money and dont waste it here     Wasted 10

This app has been around for a while and offers a lot of features it still has failed to implement any cloud save or backup features It still relies on email export and import which in todays world is archaic and clunky If you upgrade your phone like I did you have to email all your maps to yourself then reimport And not all data is restored Why not just use iCloud or Dropbox        Cant get past one missing feature

Satellite download is painful If youre trying to download lets say 100 tiles it will pause after each tile loads so you have to hit the resume download 100 times Satellite images are blurry Probably the worst 10 ever spent I wish I could get a refund     Satellite download terrible

This app need to make sure that it can download offline maps from Google Street View Now it can only download offline google terrain view only              Review from user

Great app Variety of maps and ease of caching for offline use provides fantastic usability 5115 update There is an issue with latest version or latest IOS that prevents caching of any map except Google Terrain Hopefully this will be fixed soon              GPS Kit

Been using this app for about 6 years now for hunting Its Great but had a friend who was lost in the woods but was still able to contact me by text Had him send me his coordinates but did not have the option on GPS KIT to input info to get to him Please add that option thanks We did find him BTW              Great app but
