As others have said failed to capture my payment and failed to notify me until I asked about my order The item I wanted was sold out by the time the issue had been discovered The rep I spoke to tried to blame my bank Terrible customer service worthless app     Awful customer service timabel

Just as in another review I found out on my own that my order was refunded because the payment was never captured whatever that means I finally get an email two weeks later after multiple calls to customer service who did not clearly understand why I was issued a refund I asked them what they would do for me give the the poor customer experience and they said they would give me free shipping which I had already gotten I asked for a 20 credit on a future order and they said no great way to earn the respect of customers so stay away and your merchandise from a more reputable company     Awful customer service regtaup

Ordered a jersey on 9 10 after a week of the order status not being updated I called customer service and they alerted me that the payment was never captured Had I not called to follow up I never would have known this They can send spam on a daily basis but can t alert customers that there was a problem with their system capturing payments The rep I spoke to said she can place the order again and adjust the price after the fact to the price I had originally purchased it for This never happened I got charged the full price and no record of the adjusted price This app is now deleted from my phone Terrible     Terrible Customer Service Reviewer1456209864
