Its good except there are many times that I think I have more money that I do The available balance should be highlighted and enlarged instead of the current balance They are always different and many times I dont see the available balance because its so small           Balance issues

All features function flawlessly Good job                 It just works

This app is excellent for very basic use and management of your personal and business accounts but is very limited I would prefer more accessibility within my accounts considering I use EECU for both business and personal purposes              Great Limited Accesibility

This online app is very easy to get around in and now with mobile deposit I no longer have to drive to the bank to put in deposits My job direct deposits and any other checks I receive are run through by photo deposit I only wish the hold time did not take so long from the time I make the deposit till the till the bank lifts the hold on the money Other that that EECU is banking with ease                 Saves me time money and a trip to the bank So easy a monkey could do it

This app is very easy to use My only criticism is that balances are not instantly updated when you deposit or spend with your debit card It takes a day or two to show the current balance                 Very easy to use

I am new to EECU but my husband has had an account for many years I thought going to a smaller bankcredit union would mean less convenience but the opposite is true They have more features than either Wells Fargo or Chase bank so Im pretty happy with the switch And the app is cool too                 Works perfectly

I have been a member since 1990 25 years Overall EECU has been a good place for banking The app is easy to use and to get information needed The one thing I do not like is that pending transactions will appear and be deducted from balance but sometimes the transactions are not shown and the balance goes back up This app would be a whole lot better for members if they continue to show pending transactions with the lower balance Once they have been processed move them to the area with cleared transactions Overall I really love the app due to ease of customer friendliness Just please fix the above problem and it will be perfect I would definitely recommend EECU to others              Great banking

I love EECU and this app We have been in different states and been using this app and its so easy and great I highly recommend it We pay our bills transfer money and cash our checks                 Great app

This app is great and I love the ease of viewing your balance and payment history However it gets frustrating when the only way to pay people through the app is by phone or email not direct deposit even if you have made a payment to that person or entity before I dont feel my money is secure if I send it via a text message or an email that could be intercepted Otherwise great functionality and UI              Convenient but also frustrating
