Docstoc Premium!

I love the videos and all the content they provide It was very helpful and motivating Plus they have all the documents I will ever need for running any kind of business I suggest you give it a try                 Love this app

Being that I have my own business I am finding that having access to legal documents that have been reviewed and curated is key So this app is great because I can grab a document I need anytime I need it                 Very Useful

At first glance I thought I was going to be a great app Nothing worked Nothing even gave you the option to pay for more Waste of time     Great idea poorly executed

Documents listed as free but you need to upgrade to a paid account membership to be able to read them Loaded with advertising as well Avoid     Free to download but not use

This app helped me quickly find the documents I needed to get my business established It was easy to use and very userfriendly on the iPad The easy access to documents both premium and free was helpful Great app for someone looking to quickly find what they need for their business                 Docstoc App Is Great

This is one of my favorite iPad apps It has a very well thought out interface and incredible content related to startups business advice templates and legal documents                 The best way to access docstoc content

Like others posting ratings in 2012 I am unable to open ANY links in this document Its like I see a bunch of content links and image links but none of the links actually work You cant get either the free or paid links to work The app functionality does not respond to user interaction of the screen at all If there are no fixes I will be deleting this app off my iPad soon and use the screen real estate for something that actually works     App does not work

I have been using the docstoc app for a couple of days now and it is great The interface is very simple snd slick I was able to quickly find several documents that were very helpful for my business Using the app helped me save time and money Love it                 Great app for small businesses

In order to download any document you have to join a membership and pay monthly dues Thanks for wasting my time     What exactly is free

To all of you crying about the documents not being free it doesnt say anywhere in the description that they are free The APP is free The access to the documents is free THE DOCUMENTS ARE NOT FREE Let me make a suggestion If you cannot read plain English andor are going to try starting a business by getting everything for free then its time to choose a different path because you are not cut out for business Your inventory is not free Your lease is not free Your employees dont work for free You arent giving others your product for free so why do you expect someone else to give you their product for free Again choose a different path because youre clearly not cut out for business since you have no idea how businesses operate                 Grow Up

I often use their website to look at sample documents and this app makes it easy to do on my iPad I use it almost everyday in my meetings with partners and my executive team Didnt think I would need it much but as I said I tend to come back and use it often                 Great extension to web site

I really like this app Before I found it I spent countless hours on search engines looking for documents to help me run my small business Problem was I never knew what to trust and I didnt want to add more risk to my day to day efforts With this app I can browse and preview all sorts of documents to meet just about every need Its even helped handle a few personal issues too                 Great small business tool

This app will be a waste of your time I would not recommend getting this app Nothing is free even though it says it is     Waste of time

Why do these apps let us download them to find out that they are indeed not free Then everyone just deletes the app and is mad     Less than one nothing not free

I have over 400 apps The documents are not downloading There seems to be a server issue and their server disconnects All my other apps are running ok I had hoped this app would run well also The content once it can be downloaded would be of value P     Docs are not downloading

Not user centric Does not allow for Open In so you cant save the document to any of your own libraries     Disappointing

As a long time user of Docstoc I was curious what an app could offer beyond the service offered on the site I have come to depend on the high quality documents for my own small business Everything from an operating agreement and articles of incorporation to NDAs and employee agreements I have literally save thousands in legal fees this I know for a fact after speaking to a few attorneys Well the app turned out to be a great It turned my iPad into a useful tool that could be carried around and used during the course of business I found myself no longer tether to my computer and free to roam with access to any and all of my documents I highly recommend this app for anyone who is serious about getting the taking their business to the next level                 Helpful to find essential business documents

WARNING Their Documents and Templates are NOT FREE unless you pay for subscription Too bad you cant give a negativestar rating Hint Open and View their templates then retype into your PC THEN you get to pirate them FREE     MISLEADING

Website is great App is broken Cant access anything     Cant open any documents

I dont know why but this app crashes One of the few times I did get it to open it would not download the app It seem like Great concept but it has way too may bugs If I cant get it to open soon I will be deleting it     Doesnt work on my ipad3

Contrary to the older remarks free documents are indeed free although they do require a simple quick registration and then receiving an email with a link followed by opening the link logging in on the website and finally being able to download All in all that process could be simplified Also the website allows you to login with Facebook why not allow that with the app also The share button only works for Facebook the email option is broken Why not share on twitter tumbler linked in etc also All in all the functionality of the app could be streamlined You do get access to a great library of free documents though I havent accessed the paid library yet but I imagine there are even more gems in there Except for the absence of obnoxiously placed google Adwords the app doesnt seem to provide a much more compelling experience than the website Hopefully an update will rethink these issues and I can update this review           Free is free with Registration

I installed this app knowing I had to pay for the service But that doesnt work either 5 special rate I was willing and trying to pay the 59 for the yearly plan and it wouldnt work And the interface slows to a crawl if you look through the listings for more than a minute So I called the number on their website and it was after hours I left a message with a live person the after hours answering service I explained my problem and she said someone will get back to you in 12 days Its been 5 now I also at the same time used the in app FEED BACK button to send a message of the issues Again no response I know I said the words wouldnt work a lot but that about sums up this app and service I should say does NOT work     Very poorly made app And no CS

Says templates are free but when you try to downloads them you have to pay for them Total ripoff     Bogus

I have been using the docstoc app for a few days now I find that its very easy to find document I need on here I also can see the documents that I have saved and bookmarked on docstoc and view here later on my iPad Hopefully they can make it so you can show uploaded presentations on here and display on apple tv That would be awesome                 Great App

Why bother saying free and when you open it it says top paid and top freecontracts When you click on ANY of the top free the 5 a month membership pops up Uninstall     NOT FREE AT ALL

First of all I have been a small business owner for 12 years Operating my shop is all I care about I could care less about writing documents and the load of legal work that goes into that Docstoc Premium was the answer to my misery It allows one less thing to distract me from doing what I actually love I can search for documents anywhere on my iPad and download or print it just as easily The professional articles and videos are the icing on the cake A great reference for all professionals I tell all of my friends who own their business to check it out Take the time to see for yourself                 Saved my small biz

Installed ittried to open it but it crashes Deleted it and reinstalled it and yet nothing Even though its free it is a piece of junk Would give it ZERO stars if I could     Doesnt work
