I love classpass                 The best

The newest app version has logged me off every time Ive tried to click through classes     Newest app version is awful

Like others have said you have to pay 99 before you can even see whats available in your area Why would anyone do that Theres also no free trial I wanted to compare this with Wildfire Southern California only but thats impossible without paying Wildfire wins by default its also really awesome and their customer service is fantastic     Stupid

This company is a complete scam There is little to no customer service and they have absolutely NO way of contacting by phone Buyer beware of plugging in your credit card to online or in this app I opened a new account and it linked my cc and info to someone elses account How does that even happen I dont know this other person and now they have all of my information Worst company customer service and a 5050 at best app     FRAUD

I love ClassPass and have been a member since last year The latest updates to iOS andor the app itself now cause it to crash and close every time I try to book classes I have to wait and go online to my computer I hope this gets fixed soon              App keeps crashing since latest updates

Why do I need to sign up before I can even check if there are any classes in my area        Annoying

Its only been a month but class pass has gotten me to try workouts that I never wouldve sought out on my own With such a wide variety of classes Im never bored and always look forward to working out                 Absolutely Love ClassPass

I agree with most of these other reviews that not allowing us to see what were purchasing before we purchase is just plain rude     Let me see what you offer

Love the app Very easy to use but would be perfect if we could see our friends on the app as well as making the share link so that it goes to the exact class and time being shared by opening the app not a Web page              Almost perfect

This app is well thought out from user perspective Love the ability to favorite and check schedule right away without scrolling And the audibility of tracking all the classes Ive been to so I know I dont exceed the three brand classes per cycle Keep up the great work                 Worth the money and easy to use

Fantastic app that makes scheduling my classes so easy Love that I can see the schedule for all of the classes at only my favorite studios for each day I use the app more than the website                 Great design makes ClassPass even better

I cant even browse the class offerings because its only accepting people onto a wait list They should state this in the app description     Only accepting people on wait list

Ever since I downloaded the new iOS9 the app doesnt allow me to search for a studio in the search bar The screen splits or nothing happens Its really frustrating when you know what studio you are looking for but have to look through all the classes available in a region Will there be an update     Search function no longer works

Most people are rating it low because they are cheap or do not understand that the rating is for an app not the service App is great Also If you look at map you can see what u get                 App is great

Love the app and CP the last update has brought some glitches I cant see my upcoming classes in full it buffers and then says check internet connection and I cant see my past classes either           ClassPass Fanatic

I dont understand why everyone is getting bent out of shape about not being able to see classes before signing up and paying That was the first thing I did when I found this site through Google I knew studio schedules before I even knew how much this cost or how I could sign up I Just looked at the studios listed and click on one All schedules show up within seconds Good luck everyone and if you dont like the app setup you should just head over to the actual web site and see if it works better for you                 Perfect for my crazy always changing schedule

Love the app for checking up on my classes The only thing I would add is the view to see your friends and the classes they are going to              Great app just add friend view

It kills me that I select a date in the futureget to a map of studiosat this point my date still shows hit a studio on the map view navigate to the schedule section of a studio and it erases the date that Ive selected and has moved it back to today or tomorrow Ive accidentally booked twice for classes the same day because of a simple feature of date selection doesnt persist SO SIMPLE JUST FIX IT        The date I search for never persists

As other users mentioned its really a poor business model that youre asked to pay 99 upfront before you can even see what classes are offered in your area No thank you Im not going to fork over 100 before I even know what Im paying for Lame     Pay upfront

So easy to use lots of options and the 20 cancellation motivates you to make it to class Love it Ive recommended it to all of my active friends                 Great for workout ADD

I love class pass love it The only added feature I can think of that would make it even better is adding a counter 123 next to your classes or at least favorites each month Easy glance to see how many are remaining in the billing cycle Otherwise great app                 D

The app is super navigable and allows lots of ways to search by location and hold your preferences when looking for classes to book                 Love the improvements

Classpass lets me try soo many workouts and I am currently between yoga spin and pilates Wish I could go more than 3 times a month to each place This actual app has been a bit buggy since the ios9 update but Im sure theyll fix it soon So many people complaining about how you cant view studios before sign up yes you can Go on Classpass from a computer           Best idea ever

Cant even use the app until you are asked to sign up and pay 79 a month And thats not even the gym membership Worst marketing     Paywall

Who pays 99 bucks before even being able to view what studios accept class pass What if I dont like any of the studios The way the app is set up doesnt make any sense Wildfire same concept but way better app wins hands down And yea not buying this until you fix this app     To the app developers

Im rating this one star because it wanted me to pay a 99 monthly pass before I could even use the app And Im not interested in paying when I cant even look at what classes there are or if theres any Id even go to     Theres a paywall before you even use it

The meta searching options like everything within 5 miles of me is great until I actually make my way around to the classes and find that there are a few super disappointing studios I never want to consider again cluttering my feed Like the Pilates class with 2 reformers taught out of someones studio apartment in North Hollywood If class pass is seriously ok with including offerings of this low caliber either let us opt out of those classes on our feed or let us opt out of specific studios showing up in our feed Like unfollow on Facebook No one wants to take the classes so theyre always available and cluttering my feed when Im looking for quality workouts at real fitness facilities              Meta is great until its too much

Worked great until updated to the current version Now it opens for a second and closes automatically Completely useless     Updated app doesnt work

I absolutely love Class Pass I have been using Class Pass for two weeks now and I have worked out 56 days a week love the variety of classes boot camp yoga Pilates barre dance so I never get bored love being able to try different studios without having to pay an arm and a leg the mobile app is super easy to use you just filter by location time and workout type This is really great tool to plan your workout if you are a person always on the go using Class Pass at every place I have been has been super easy You just sign in before class just as a normal member I am addicted just like other reviewers Only downside is that if you love a certain class having the discipline to space out your visits to that studio to 3 times a month Or being tempted to pay more for the classes Highly recommend Although I selfishly dont want this to get too popular so that getting the classes I want will be more competitive                 I love Class Pass

I am completely addicted to classes now I used to be someone who never worked and am now going to a class 5 times a week The app is great for keeping track of your upcoming classes and also following your friends progress which is great motivation Being able to use it in other cities is great too                 I love ClassPass

Makes creating a workout schedule on the go with versatility super easy Ive been working out for years but this concept has changed my entire outlook and motivation to workout Great job Class Pass                 Absolutely love it

Going to a single studio with a monthly membership will cost you closer to 150 a month With all the different options you have theres really no complaints It would be great to have a max visit of 5 instead of 3 if you have a favorite studio but most single visits to these places are 2030 bucks a pop so its still a steal                 Worth it

Classpass makes me want to not only work out more but forces me to vary my workouts Typically I find a class I like and stick to it however with class pass Im forced to try other classesworkouts I may have never explored otherwise                 Addicted

I have tried signing up twice and each time it puts me in the wait list All it needs to is ask me if I am in NYC and let me sign up Now I keep getting spam from class pass but still sign up How on earth is this company successful     Dumbest signup process

I find it hypocritical that I have to give 12 hour notice to cancel without incurring a 15 fee A studio however can cancel an hour before and Class Pass states Sometimes a venue must cancel a class for circumstances beyond their control Wow Yet I am an inconsiderate troll if I need to cancel Why not extend the same courtesy to us At least once a quarter perhaps Also several of the studios I signed up for never have class offerings              My one problem

I love love love class pass I like the variety and the ability to join my favorite instructors at the different studios they teach Plus class pass gives you access to all the expensive boutique gyms and studios at less than the cost of a membership at said gyms All in all class pass will make your wallet very happy I give it 4 stars because there are some improvements Id like to see 1 A way to search for specific instructors across the different studios they teach 2 Id like to see what other class passgym members say about certain teachers and classes Especially with yoga the instructor definitely makes or breaks the class 3 I like to plan my workouts for the week ahead of time so Ill scroll a few days ahead Say its Monday and Im looking at classes for Saturday What happens is Ill select a class to read more about it and when I go back it takes me back to Monday Thats just a little annoying 4 It would be great to know if certain classes required you to bring your own equipment say your own gloves for a kickboxing class or socks to a barre class This is always available on the studios website but maybe a link would help 5 Some gyms have showers but will hey provide towels for free or is there a fee Do they also have shampoo and conditioner and body wash Just little helpful things to know to help make packing the night before easier This is also available by calling the gym or looking at their website but thats a thought for the app              My new obsession

The updates to the mobile app have increasingly made this app more frustrating and difficult to use For example When Finding a Class I try to enter a studio name in the search box The first time only 2 studios appear below the search box You have to scroll but only 2 show because the results arent fully populating on the screen After 1 attempt if you try to enter another studio no results populate The function isnt available You have to completely close out of the app and reopen Ive started going to the full computer version which is so inconvenient but the app version is so frustrating These updates should actually be tested before release     Wrong direction

This 1star review is to get peoples attention to misleading nature of classpasss welcome page which people use to decide whether to sign up Nowhere on its page it is mentioned that There is 3 classesstudiomonth limit There is 15 cancellation fee if class starts in 12 hours or less There is 20 noshow fee To add insult after one pays late or noshow fee the class still counts towards 3class limit All this is hidden in small print on Terms page to which theres a small link at the very bottom of sign up page So 0 stars for not being upfront with the terms Honesty doesnt sell huh classpass     Misleading

This app is amazing Its changed my life Im excited to work out everyday The classes are top notch and they have such a great variety Ive tried classes totally outside of my comfort zone and have fallen in love I highly recommend it                 My bodies never looked better

Sorry guys but I am hooked on this app If you love routine or at least have a consistent life schedule this app is perfect Yes you basically do have to keep yourself accountable and commit to the classes you sign up for but cmon get that workout in Of course I get it if you have an emergency or something and had to cancelbut besides that the LA area has TONS of available studios and places to explore Not sure how it is in other places but I imagine it is as abundant in bigger cities                 Great for those who love routine

I probably wouldve given at least a month try but I couldnt even see what the pass made available in my area Let me see more before requiring me to sign up through 22 steps Deleted app before I even really got to see it or the service     Duh
