Great app for viewing your status and bookings Checkin opens a browser page seamlessly but getting your boarding pass after that is a tad unclear You have to close the checkin page to get to the main app then download your pass there Other than this niggle the app is fine Solid and functional app

Looks smart offers impressive little details care to know the lounge wifi password at your next destination sir but hardly ever delivers on its promises I am constantly having to change passwords and logins The only way out of the circular trap is to go to the mobile website create a new login there then logout of the app and log back in again The mobile site has a lot more functionality too And whenever Ive clicked on the lounge password field Im told that the secret is to look for it at the lounge Im not sure I really need an app for that So far worse than Alaskas for utility but it does do the basics of mobile boarding passes etc eventually Elegant underperformer

Sitting in taxi just leaving hotel after three week visit to EU This BA app quickly and easily logged me in knew my flight itinerary and quickly asked if I wanted to check in now 2 hours before my flight I did then in seconds have my boarding pass Very intuitive Basal

If youre like me then chances are you dont remember your BA account number so on the odd occasion when you want to see your Avios miles you can quickly press and app and its there well thats if the Keep me logged in ALWAYS worked it seems to log you out after a few days really annoying when I was on a business trip the other day and needed quick access to my account to see my boarding cards BA fix it Login ALWAYS DOESNT WORK

This is how it is done folks Clean design easy navigation and so pleasant to check in when sitting outside at dinner for your international flight tomorrow morning If you want to add a feature allow fee upgrade purchases during checkin even though your lovely staff at the lounge will take care of this in a jiffy Great app love the international boarding pass
Makes you signup and then doesnt add bookings from other companies You have to do the checkin online send yourself the boarding card via email then check the BA booking not the original from the other company you had in the first place then open the app and add that booking Really I didnt want to sign up and I absolutely had to in order to get my own boarding pass Awful A big waste of time

Nothing wrong with the app but the BA systems are complex and waste ages of ones time asking questions like your passport number address email address etc when they have it on your profile many times over Then the backend system are often unable to process your request at this time Elegant complexity to waste your time
