Suggestion For the feedings amount allow the input of exact amount of mls or oz I have a premie baby and I must keep track of exactly how much the baby eats Suggestion In the events section for Notes allow the enter return button to push text to the next line instead of having to use the space button to push text to the next line                 Useful App Busy mom of 3!

After updating it crashes upon trying to open Bummed that all that time spent inputting data for 2 kids is wasted I haven t uninstalled and reinstalled I ll probably just delete and keep my manual records     Good at first Kamimy

Despite my one star rating I really do love this app or should I say I did love this app I started with the Baby mate free and upgraded to the full version Then my app was deleted and because I hadn t backed it up I lost everything Anyway I re installed from my cloud and now the version I have says I have to pay another 1 99 to upgrade again This is ridiculous I tried pushing the App Support button and all it does it forward you to a website that tells you about how great this and other apps are So I can t even get help Hopefully the creators actually read these submissions and contact me to help straighten this out I will let you know if they help If you see nothing further from me they failed     No App Support mykel_w

Fantastic app and awesome developer support The app itself is great for tracking growth measurements for babies and toddlers and the graphing function a very nice visual aid You can also keep track of all you child s vaccinations and other milestones There is a useful knowledge section with lots of information on development health vaccines etc I recently had an issue with crashing I emailed the developer as directed in the app store description and within the hour received very simple instructions on how to recover the data Just needed to extract a file from the Itunes backup and email to the developer Again within an hour I received back an import ready file with both of my kids data all intact No more crashes and I couldn t be happier                 Fantastic app Bobsolo1999

I was having trouble with an update I went to the store and look at the posting from vendor Since I did not know the recommended fix was going to work I sent an email to customer support At same time I connected my phone uninstalled the application and re installed it less than a minute I did not have any data but I recover it very quickly from the email I sent my wife to share data about our baby In less than 3 minutes top I had it fix and working again I am glad because it is a very nice well designed application In the meantime I got a response from vendor offering personal attention in recovering application and data I was amazed Definitely worth the price of the application and I greatly recommend the vendor You do not find this kind of support these days                     Excellent Support MH59

Only a couple complaints the UI needs an overhaul not very intuitive way of selecting weight a ruler for height yes but for weight should be able to change measurement between metric and imperial for specific types of measurements pediatrician uses metric for head circumference but imperial for everything else the What s Cooking section isn t clear Milestones need to be clarified Play with hands only at 4 months Really otherwise the best out there                 Best baby tracking app if you don sickdog99

My pediatrician and I developed an alternate vaccination schedule for my son and I was using babymate to keep track of it Well I went to access it today and all my changes were lost The schedule had reverted back to the standard one Also percentiles for weight and height are off Then I started to read through the knowledge base and was shocked when it recommended that you let your 9 month old cry it out if he s waking up at night due to teething Awful advice how could any parent let their baby cry because they are in PAIN         Lost my vaccination schedule Alberia

I recently upgraded from the free version and I love the additional multiples tracking option and Community section I don t have children of my own but this app allows me to easily track my little niece and nephew who live in a different state I ll be able to see when they take their first steps as they are happening The map views are really cool because when they come to visit me we can easily see all the places we re going trip to the zoo the children s museum Chucky Cheese etc As a Facebook addict I love that I can brag about my niece and nephew to my friends and the rest of my family without having to log into Facebook separately That saves me a step I d be taking anyway because I can do it right from the Community section SO COOL                     Love it A must have for any proud Aunt Proud Aunt J
