This app doesn t work with Keynote presentations You can t download your presentations from the iCloud into 2screens and you can t transfer presentations from iTunes into 2screens Needless to say you also can t transfer Keynote presentations on your iPad into 2screens The user manual for this app is terrible it provides no guidance on how to import Keynote presentations into the app The manual says you can transfer Keynote presentations into the app through iTunes but I ve tried it 10 times and it doesn t work     Doesn t work with Keynote presentations Shokabraw

The annotations SAVING system is very inefficient if I m annotating pdf file on slide 1 then on slide 2 then on 3 and then I want to review my annotations on slide 1 again when presenting in front of an audience i e if someone asks a question about a previous slide I can t do it without having to exit the current presentation and opening the auto save file and when I return to the original pdf presentation the next slide I annotate will be saved to a SEPARATE file additional to the one already crated by the auto save system so I end up with a lot of separate files with a few slides each additional to the original pdf file creating a mess If I want to save the annotated presentation I have to find all the files and use another app to join them in order again You should really implement an ordinary annotations saving system like in any other annotations app i e the app remembers annotations for each page independently and at the end you have the option to flatten convert into image the annotations to the SAME file pdf that is already in use or a different but SINGLE file If you can t do this for all file types at least do it for pdf files Another issue I found is that each time you open a file from the folder view you create a new tab even if that same file is already open in a previous tab This process opens many duplicated tabs consuming a lot of memory resources and causing crashes I would be glad to purchase the add on if these issues are resolved         Deal breaker issues 00JL

I present professionally and have found this the best way to present without having to lug a laptop I use 2Screens Remote on my iPhone to control the presentation Works like a charm The ONLY thing I need to do is import my presentations as a PDF I really like how I can export annotated slides to clients Simple and it works                     Love IT Un-news app

What I wanted was an app I could control from an iphone or another ipad while in face to face client meetings 2screens shows promise but it forces you to create a presentation and is way to difficult to operate If I could get my money back I would Hoping future iterations of this app or ios provide what I m looking for         Not Functional Enough ColeTN

I was really happy with all the codecs supported by this program but the lack of rendering of PDF docs with markups is a huge detractor It also did not correctly render interactive elements The view on screen using AirPlay was great though both in video and PDF docs I just wish that the bottom bar would quit disappearing in the middle of my navigation             Good not great RomWar2

I bought the program based on the description that stated Allow remote control by Bluetooth keyboard for page switching I naively assumed that this meant that the program would respond to normal keys that are used for advancing and retreating in a presentation such as Spacebar Down Arrow Up Arrow and Enter Return Regrettably the program does not respond to these keys at all Worse there is no way to communicate with Support at the developer s website to even make a feature suggestion To change slides in a presentation from a Bluetooth keyboard you have to use keys such as N for next or P for previous According to the documentation you can use Space or Enter for next slide but those keys do not work for me My hope was to be able to use the product with the AirTurn Bluetooth wireless foot controllers which sends Up Arrow and Down Arrow for changing slides     bummed out PianoBench

Regardless of the features that this app has I find the UI to be a huge barrier to actually using it I would count myself as highly computer and iOS literate but this app has me baffled as to how to get around and in and out of modes presentation mode whiteboard mode etc The top toolbar seems to come and go randomly I enter whiteboard mode to draw on the slides but then can t get out of it in any semblance of an obvious way so that I can move sides around instead of draw on them The home button in the top left takes you back to different things apparently based on situations that are not obvious Sometimes tapping the toolbar button a second time closes the tool menu sometimes you need to tap on the screen instead Etc The help file goes part of the way but there are still glaring omissions in it I m going to keep trying to use it and figure the ins and outs but as someone who has to at the end of the day set up a system that other instructors would have to use as well I doubt that I can recommend this app         User interface is a mess Riled

I got this to be able to mirror my iPad while I teach to the projector this works really well Easily expects Powerpoints easy to morrow through the website and just plain fun Perfect for what I was looking was looking for can t wait to see what students think Good work developers And the costumer support is almost instant I was shocked at how fast it was                     Great fun and useful Cassidy Klements

I use it to do a simple PowerPoint presentation with a projector It s great to have the freedom not to have to unhook my laptop from my office and lug it around I can use my phone as the remote Everyone is always asking how I can pull this off Makes my life simpler I know others may be more techie than I am and may find it doesn t have functions they may want but for simple things it is great                 Lifesaver for me angeluslila

On my two column PDF page I can t expand one column to fill up the screen basically making the app useless Pointer app allows for page magnification 8 times If an app doesn t do the basics what use are all the bells and whistles Even basic PDF readers allow for page magnification although they don t have a VGA out pointer This has been pointed out before to the developer but I guess this option is not important I m sure it s an easy fix and once page magnification is expanded the stars will be magnified otherwise I ll just give it a liberal two stars         Not what it should be Apobib

This app is great for presenting seamless integration with dropbox The presentation tools are great I only found one drawback and that is it doesn t support animation with my pptx slides Other than that I am very impressed                 Gets the job done GoBlueBrad

No matter what people say PDF remains the best choice for presentation except for those who use Keynote on iPad Powerpoint files never come out right While iPad2 has mirroring option and several PDF viewer app have presentation mode I could not find a solution that worked well with my iPad1 and my choice of PDF reader 2Screen solves my problem It presents PDF files to an external beam projector well It can display a thumbnail of each slide only on iPad not on external display it can show a laserpoint like pointer so I can guide my audience and I can add freehand drawings to emphasize on screen Coupled with a remote app for iPhone 2Screen Remote it is a very competent way of hosting a presentation on iPads It is a must for an iPad1 user like me and I am certain iPad2 users would also find it useful However this app can still have some future improvements I would like to see a presentation timer for app 2Screen Remote app has it cleaner user interface an ability to swipe left right to move through presentation like iBooks instead of clicking top bottom part of the screen                 Great Way to Show Presentation Kevlar1

This app works great for taking existing power point files and showing them on a VGA projector on your iPad 2 There are some draw backs it shows the slide but not the effects you really cannot edit a presentation on it and this is the biggest disappointment for me the remote function did not work with my iPhone 4S The two would never find each other and sync That said it does the main thing I wanted and does it well showing my power points to a projector Coupled with Dropbox this is a very useful app                 Works great for power point IchBinSchoen

Bought the app at the last minute because another one failed 2Screens worked well It did crash a couple of times when I first loaded a picture heavy PPT My only problem question was how to save the files to the app so I could use them if I was not connected to the internet Bookmarking them seems to take care of that issue                 Worked well Generally lacking

I am a university professor and 2Screens has revolutionized how I teach my classes It lets me use my iPad like a Smartboard both projecting my slides and drawing on them with a stylus while I teach I can draw trends on graphs or annotate slides and save screen shots I also use 2Screens Remote with my old iPod Touch to advance my slides and control the laser pointer on the screen 2Screens also has a useful built in web browser that I can toggle back and forth with the remote which can be useful to illustrate the topics I m teaching about This is a powerful software package that can project PPT Keynote or PDF slides and the customer service is quick and responsive in the rare case that there is ever a problem I give this app 5 stars                     Excellent slideshow app Ecology Prof

This is a beautiful app the only presentation app I found that would do everything I needed display a slideshow of PDF images or web pages with a laser pointer annotations and drawings on top with only the intended portion wirelessly displayed on a separate computer within a good easy to use interface At this point I can t find anything to criticize about it it s perfect for my needs The developer is highly responsive he immediately fixed a bug I found and implemented a suggestion just as quickly and is constantly improving 2Screens clearly he wants to develop the best presentation app with the best support and I believe he has                     Excellent app great support SaiYeah

First I want to say that the Support is OUTSTANDING I worked out a couple of questions late in the evening and got answers to my questions My initial impression is that the App works great and I love it Now I just got it about a week ago and in my testing there has been a few times where the app didn t respond as I was expecting it to In full disclosure I can t hold that against the developer since I haven t sent them the question so I will update once I have given them the opportunity to address these issues the pointer won t show up on the presentation and there are times where it won t connect up via Airplay Overall though I am VERY happy with the app and it is well worth the money I spent on it Well done                     Great App Papahood

I teach architecture lectues and studio and needed an app that allowed sketching over slides as well as presenter notes This one does it all I found a tiny bug but tech support was more than willing to help prompt on the weekened and is even rectifying the issue in the next update I made sure it worked exactly how I wanted prior to reviewing and it does I feel it is only a matter of time before I can read speaker notes from a pdf it does this for mac but not PC                     great for lecture courses [a][m]

As a presentation tool it s much better than Idea Flight with the laser pointer and a pretty stable and fast Bluetooth connection But come on there are so many good UI graphic examples out there but the developer chose a tacky pseudo Windows graphic set for its UI It s almost embarrassing with poorly aligned UI elements and the awful choice of graphics that actually distracts from it being the best presentation app out there             AWFUL UI GRAPHICS othernet

I do presentations as a large portion of my business and i use this consistently This app is more versatile more intuitive and easier to navigate than any of the others out there in fact I changed from Exhibit A because the refresh rate and real time zoom notations are much faster both on the iPad 1 and 2 I can only imagine how great it will be on the 3 Additionally the developers listen to concerns and issues and respond more quickly than any I have experienced before usually the same day I cannot recommend this app strongly enough                     Best Presentation App Out There Stgech

Works exactly as advertised for power points and pdf files that i have tried Note that transitions etc don t work in case you absolutely have to use the eye candy Tabs are a great function for when I want to pull something off a website Also the remote program for your phone works pretty flawlessly Has replaced a computer for lectures and presentations for me whenever possible Note Works with open in from other apps Update version 1 9 1 updates and features just keep coming The authors are responsive and invested in continued development of this app Icons are much easier to both read and understand since earlier versions Sugarsync compatibility now saves me the step of moving to dropbox Wifi transfer is also seamless                     Solid so far Genericman

I have a WowWee Cinemin pico projector and it works very well with this app 2Screens is the missing link needed to display most common documents or web sites from the iPhone or iPad This provides the tools that you need that Apple left out to really use the iPad iPhone as a presenter s tool regardless of the content that you wish to display Nice job                     Works great with Pico Projector bigdialer

So far this app is doing everything it says it does Web pages and pdf files work best The interface is not the most elegant and can be a bit quirky There is a bit of a learning curve as a result Also it has crashed on me but soon recovered with no problem a few times so stability might be an issue Might be hard to recommend as professional until these are worked out For the price though it is a useful app that I hope to see upgraded                 Powerful app that should be made better ShimaneSean

I could not find an app that would display a portrait PDF on an external display a PDF article that wasn t designed for being projected This app solved that problem beautifully It shows the PDF in Fit Width style by default and supports scrolling up and down to get to the rest of the page The iPhone Remote app that works with this is extremely cool though you can t scroll from the Remote app currently I also love the annotation and laser pointer Easy and fun to use My one complaint is that I experienced a lot of crashes when I first tried it due to I believe low memory situations This cleared up after restarting the iPad Best to restart the iPad before using 2Screens for a presentation                 Displays Portrait PDFs Stephen W. I have used this app on iPad1 for several months and now use it on iPad2 I use it both with a VGA projector and in closer quarters connected with an HDMI cable to a flat screen Excellent results showing PPTs PPTs converted to PDF mov videos using the whiteboard etc Transferring large files from my computer to 2Screens with the built in wi fi system is flawless totally bypassing iTunes I also use the 2Screens remote which through Bluetooth turns my iPhone into a remote control for the 2Screens app on the iPad The range is fantastic and you can see on your phone the slide that the audience sees no unprofessional glancing back at the screen You can even use the laser pointer with the remote control I recently had what I thought was a problem with the software turned out to be an operating system bug Edwin answered my email within an hour and his answer was clearly personal not a canned cut and paste answer Excellent product and service                     Excellent for Presenters TrainerAR

This app is disappointing when projecting Keynote files It utilizes none of the effects I so carefully built in to highlight the points I want to emphasize Thus I cannot effectively use the iPhone as a remote My only option is to use the iPad to control the slides which restricts me to standing close to the projector preventing me from moving around the room     Disappointing AlanDJohnson

One of my original main purposes for buying the iPad was to use it as portable presentation tool either face to face across the desk in customer office or connect to the projector Fast forward 1 year it has been a long search but finally found 2Screens and 2ScrRemote They are just perfect for the task Other remote app uses Wifi to connect which is not ideal when you are in a customer office with no WiFi or not given access 2ScrRemote uses Bluetooth so it will always work My presentations have a lot of video clips which was another difficult requirement but 2Screens has solution for me with Tabs Initial wish list after very limited use will have more later able to zoom more similar to GoodReader to show details of slides Parking Lot option where I can TYPE not scribble discussion topics to follow up after the presentation Overall I am VERY happy and can t recommend these 2 apps enough Thanks Edwin                     Love this GREAT app apple_ple

This is well worth the money if you want to do any presentations from your I Pad I would give it 5 stars however it crashes from time to time I haven t narrowed it down when the crashes occur but it seems to happen when I am changing from one tab to another I love the remote for the I Phone and it seems to work well I would like to see more functionality added to the I Phone side but overall this is a great app Thank you                 Great App for Presentations KENT BROWN
